Fun Facts of Movie

The story began in the village of Parsaul, where a struggling farmer, Rajaram Solanki, was lured into selling his ancestral land to a powerful real-estate baron, Haribhai Khaitan. Khaitan promised development under a grand project called “Bikaner to Boston,” but what seemed like progress soon turned into a nightmare. The land was snatched, the compensation was unfair, and Rajaram, crushed by debt and betrayal, took his own life. His grieving wife, Janki, was left with nothing but her fight for justice.

Janki approached Jagdishwar “Jolly” Mishra, the small-town lawyer now practicing in Delhi. At first, Jolly saw her case as just another way to earn quick money. He even leaned toward defending Khaitan, dazzled by the wealth and influence of the powerful builder. But as the evidence unfolded, the reality of corruption, forged documents, and the ruthless exploitation of helpless farmers became impossible to ignore. Jolly realized he had strayed from the path of truth and decided to switch sides — putting his career, his reputation, and even his safety at risk.

Opposing him in court stood the slick and sharp advocate Jagdish Tyagi — the original Jolly from Meerut. Their fiery exchanges in the courtroom turned the trial into a spectacle, with one Jolly defending the establishment and the other fighting for the oppressed. But as more witnesses were exposed as false, and more skeletons came tumbling out of Khaitan’s empire, Tyagi too saw how deep the rot had spread.

What began as a clash of egos slowly turned into an alliance for justice. The two Jollys, once adversaries, came together to unmask the unholy nexus of politicians, builders, and corrupt officials who had robbed the villagers of their land and dignity.

In the climax, their arguments shook the court. The truth of Rajaram’s plight and the exploitation of countless others like him could no longer be denied. The judge ruled in favor of Janki, Khaitan was held accountable, and the land scam was exposed. For the first time, both Jollys stood side by side, proving that the law, when fought for with integrity, could indeed serve the common man.
